    • Erythrodermic psoriasis can be extremely dangerous. If someone is presenting with these symptoms, they should be taken to the hospital immediately

Molluscum Contagiosum

If you're seeing bumps and lesions that have appeared on your neck or face, the cause could be a virus known as Molluscum Contagiosum. This virus can easily spread from person to person and, depending on your immune system, can be very mild or extremely visible.
In most cases, if you have a strong immune system, the lesions will go away in a few days. However, the following symptoms indicate that you need treatment:
  • The lesions are large and located on your neck and face
  • A skin disease already exists like Atopic Dermatitis
  • If you are concerned about spreading the virus
